Henrik Lundqvist Post-Game Video Interview + Notes

Henrik Lundqvist made 34 saves in the contest and stopped each of the last 33 shots he faced, including all 30 he faced in the second and third period, to earn the win. In regular season games since Dec. 29, 2013, Lundqvist has played 680:07 in the third period when the Rangers have held a one-goal lead or the score was tied. In those situations, Lundqvist has posted a 1.50 GAA and a .949 SV% (17 goals allowed on 335 shots). As of the conclusion of tonight’s game, Lundqvist leads the NHL in saves (210) and shots against (224) thus far this season. The Rangers’ all-time wins and shutouts leader has made at least 30 saves in four of his eight appearances this season. In games in which he has made at least 30 saves thus far in 2015-16, Lundqvist has posted a 4-0-0 record, along with a 1.75 GAA and a .950 SV% (134 saves on 141 shots).
